I set up a monthly subscription for my dog’s food, it’s made things a lot easier. It just shows up without me having to think about it. And before anyone says subscriptions are a hassle, this one’s been simple to manage, I can skip a box if I still have enough left. It’s saved me from those last-minute store runs, which is probably my favorite part.

I tried to return something and ended up waiting forever for the refund. The emails took ages to get a reply, and I had to keep following up, which felt totally unnecessary. it was more stress than it was worth, and I wouldn’t shop here again.

It’s an okay okay place to shop, and the selection is decent enough, but I couldn’t find my usual cat treats, which was kind of disappointing. I’ll probably check back, but yeah, wish they had those in stock.

I ordered a bag of dog food it didn’t seem fresh when it showed up. The bag had a stale smell as soon as I opened it, and the kibble looked kind of dusty, like it had been sitting around for way too long.

My dog usually eats pretty much anything, but he sniffed this and walked away. I ended up tossing most of it, which was really frustrating. A few things seemed like a decent deal, especially if you’re already putting an order together. But for regular stuff like food and treats, it’s hard to describe — I just didn’t get the feeling I was saving much compared to shopping elsewhere.
I’d probably buy from them again if I spotted a good offer, but I wouldn’t call it a super budget-friendly option. For me, it was more average than anything

The fit ended up being right for me. I checked the size chart before ordering and it actually helped a lot. No issues there.
